Using essential oils for fertility is an enjoyable way to work toward healing fertility issues, promoting reproductive health as well as reducing stress.
Step 5 : 5. Fertility Foot Reflexology
Massaging the feet in certain places toxins can be removed from the body, circulation can be improved and the endocrine system that regulates hormone production can be brought into balance, all of which are said to help promote fertility.
However, reflexology is also known for its ability to relieve tension and promote the ability to sleep, all of which can help minimise the stresses that are so often associated with trying to get pregnant.

Practise twice daily
The type of yoga class that aiding fertility and conception is a relaxation session which focus on lower body —a session a Qi Yoga where the abdomen, body, mind, and spirit learn the art of relaxation.Practice the Qi Yoga everyday, 5 sets each times in the morning and afternoon could give your ready to improve the fertility especially before the fertility massage.
